These include, in particular, support for the implementation of new NPP projects in Ukraine with high-power and low-power PWR reactors, as well as the study of funding opportunities for the deployment of new nuclear facilities, etc.
"Ukraine has ambitious goals for the development of the power sector. Therefore, despite the wartime situation, we continue to deepen cooperation with leading companies in the nuclear field. And the signed document is another step towards implementing the plans," Petro Kotin said.
Additionally, in the years ahead, the companies will be able to jointly conduct research and development in the field of industrial standards and regulatory requirements, as well as exchange technical knowledge and best practices. The next step in strengthening cooperation should be signing the corresponding Memorandum.
