As of today, June 27, 2022, Pavlo Pavlyshyn, Director General of Rivne NPP, has been transferred to the position of Director of Atomremontservice for the duration of the martial law following Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law”.
As head of Atomremontservice, Pavlo Pavlyshyn should ensure the rapid elimination of damage to critical infrastructure due to hostilities and occupation activities of the enemy in Slavutych and at facilities located in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone at the site of the Centralized Spent Fuel Storage Facility as well as timely and high-quality execution of repair works, including emergency and unscheduled ones, at NPP sites and other Energoatom facilities.
The mentioned personnel solution will also facilitate an impartial investigation by law-enforcement agencies into the beating and subsequent death of a 64-year-old woman in the Varash district of Rivne region.
During this period, Pavlo Kovtonyuk, Chief Engineer of RNPP, will serve as Acting Director General of the Rivne nuclear power plant.
Vyacheslav Stoyanov, Deputy Chief Engineer for Technology and Engineering, will serve as Acting Chief Engineer.
