Over the last week, representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency visited domestic nuclear facilities. Currently, the experts have started working at KhNPP, so from now on permanent missions will be stationed at Rivne, Chornobyl, South Ukraine and Khmelnytskyy NPPs.
The missions’ task is to ensure nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear facilities in Ukraine while russia is committing real nuclear terrorism.
The experts will work at the power plants upon the official request of the Government of Ukraine. At the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya NPP, the IAEA mission has been present since September 2022.
