russian propagandists are deliberately disseminating false information that allegedly nuclear workers of the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya NPP, who are forced to stay at home because the occupationists keep them out of work due to their patriotic stance, will not receive salaries since March 1. The invaders are convincing the pro-Ukrainian staff of the ZNPP that the future corporatization of the Company will negatively affect their cash security.
However, the President of SE «NNEGC «Energoatom» Petro Kotin assured that the corporatization of the Company will in no way affect its obligations to personnel: "All social guarantees for the staff stay in force. All Zaporizhzhya NPP employees who have not betrayed Ukraine will be provided with salaries regardless of work schedules, and will also receive annual performance awards for 2022 and bonuses for Power Engineer’s Day."
The head of the Company also reminded that additional bonuses will be paid to all nuclear power professionals – patriots of Ukraine in the amount of 50% of the official salary/tariff rate since January 1, 2023 (prior to that, from April 2022 it was set for 20%).
"The accrual and one-off payment of this additional monetary reward is expected immediately after the de-occupation of the town of Energodar and the complete liberation of the Zaporizhzhya NPP from the russian occupationists," Petro Kotin added.
Thus, ruscist disinformation has no purpose other than to force patriotic Ukrainian nuclear workers to cooperate with the fake JSC "Operating Organization of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant" or another Rosatom enterprise.
