Ukrainian power industry continues to demonstrate unprecedented resilience, the foundation of which is nuclear generation. JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, as the country’s energy leader, not only produces over 50% of the country’s electricity, but also actively cooperates with specialized higher education institutions so that students can join the family of nuclear employees in the future.
The Company provides the opportunity to undertake production and pre-graduate internships at Energoatom branches. This allows students to apply their knowledge and skills in real conditions.
Therefore, in 2024, 288 students tried their hand at Energoatom production facilities, and 249 future nuclear employees will have such an opportunity this year.
For many of them, this is the start of a career in the nuclear industry, because students become part of the team that ensures the country’s energy security even in the most difficult times!
