On July 8, 2022, President of SE «NNEGC «Energoatom» Petro Kotin, accompanied by Acting Chairman of State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine Oleh Korikov and heads of nuclear industry trade unions, Valeriy Matov and Oleksiy Lych, visited the Rivne NPP, where they took part in a meeting on the nuclear power plant operation
During the meeting, they discussed the latest personnel changes at the RNPP, compliance with regulations and procedures for registering operational events and disturbances, as well as measures to protect and defend the power plant in case an aggressor invades the Rivne region from the territory of Belarus.
