On October 3, CEO of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” Petro Kotin and Rector of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture Oleksii Dniprov signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document provides for joint information and career guidance activities and participation in the development and updating of educational programs and projects. Students of the university's specialized fields will undertake internships and training at the branches of Energoatom's separated divisions.
“Attracting young professionals to work at the Company is a crucial issue. We need young people who can be involved in the implementation of Energoatom's large-scale construction projects and who will contribute to the development of the domestic nuclear industry,” said Petro Kotin.
In turn, Oleksii Dniprov thanked Petro Kotin for his trust. He emphasized the importance of such cooperation: “Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture has sufficient scientific, educational, and expert potential to cooperate with Energoatom. It is essential for us that our future specialists: designers, architects, and builders are involved in the construction of such powerful facilities as nuclear power plants.”
